This data archive provides access to reports from the Office of Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainability, and student projects.

    While Facilities Management does have the ability to manually read individual building meters, the data in this spreadsheet comes from the town for annual billing purposes, and Facilities Management then sends to the Office of Sustainability for review and archival. Sq. feet connected to central steam indicates how many square feet of building we heat with natural gas. Sq. feet connected to central main electricity is how many square feet of building we provide electricity to. Electricity produced by cogeneration unit is indicated in second column of spreadsheet. Energy is recorded in BTUs (British thermal units.) This data is updated at the end of each fiscal year.

    This spreadsheet is compiled on a quarterly basis from bills issued to MHC by the town after they read the College's various water meters. The meters are associated with different buildings and measure water consumption. Some buildings have individual meters,w hile some are grouped together (listed at the bottom of the spreadsheet.) The town then sends this spreadsheet to Facilities Management, which forwards the data to the Office of Sustainability for review and archival. The data is uploaded to IDA at the end of each fiscal year.
