dc.description.abstractIn this Resolution, the City Council of the City of Evanston dictates that the Mexican Consular Identification Card (in Spanish called the "Matricula Consular") is recognized by the City of Evanston as an official form of identification, and that each City department shall accept as valid identification of the person a "Matricula Consular" identification card issued by the Mexican Consulate.
