Resolution 2673: Support of Immigration Reform and Opposition to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Raids

Abstract
In this Resolution, the City Council of the City of East Palo Alto calls on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to stop displaying "Police" as part of their uniform. It directs the police department and all city departments (by way of the City Manager) to refrain from acting as 'agents' of ICE in any program or operation that targets individuals based solely on their immigration status.
