dc.description.abstractIn this Resolution, the County Council of Prince George's County affirms its commitment to democracy, human rights, and civil liberties for all and to the avoidance of discrimination in every function of County government. The Resolution also registers concern with the USA PATRIOT Act and resolves that local agencies will not participate in immigration enforcement, surveillance, or profiling.
