Abstract
In this Resolution, the Council of the Borough of Hightstown decries the local actions undertaken by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that have produced mistrust and fear in the community. The Council further resolves to restore the trust Hightstown Borough residents have in the municipal government and police department and calls for the passage of "rational and just" federal immigration laws.
