dc.description.abstractIn this Resolution, the Town of Lexington affirms that the rights of all people within the Town should be protected by the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution. The Resolution also registers opposition to the federal measures contained in the USA PATRIOT Act that infringe on constitutionally guaranteed rights and civil liberties.
