Abstract
In this Resolution, the City Council of the City of East Palo Alto strongly encourages the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors and Probation Department not to submit to juvenile Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer requests, not to report youth to ICE, and to create policy that ensures no County funds or resources shall be used to assist in the enforcement of federal civil immigration law.
