Abstract
In this general order, the Routt County Sheriff's Office (RCSO) announces that RCSO will not hold inmates solely on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Immigration & Detainee Notice of Action (Form I-247). Inmates will be released upon posting bond or upon completion of their time on the state/local charges. Essentially, the form used by ICE to "hold" individuals is no longer acceptable, and a warrantless arrest affidavit (signed by a judge) or a warrant in the system is required.
