Abstract
In response to the Miranda-Olivares v. Clackamas County [OR] case, the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office will no longer accept an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) form I-247 as the sole basis for detention of an individual incarcerated in the jail facility.
