dc.description.abstractIn this general order, the CentraI Falls Police Department dictates that, when an individual is arrested by a sworn member of the Central Falls Police Department on a criminal offense, and is determined during standard prisoner processing to have an Immigration and Customs (ICE) detainer request, the individual is not to be held beyond the time when the individual is eligible for release from custody, to include, yet not limited to, transportation to an outside jail or detention facility.
