dc.description.abstractIn this Resolution, recorded as File No. 070751, the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco urges a moratorium on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids until comprehensive immigration reform is agreed upon at the Federal level and solutions are determined for what to do about separated families, the trauma they are forced to endure, who should care for children left behind after their parents are deported, and who shall bear the associated costs of family separations.
