Abstract
In Ordinance 2008-7, which refers to and builds upon Ordinance 2007-58, the Takoma Park City Council amends the Takoma Park Code to, among other items, prohibit any agent, officer or employee of the City from enforcing immigration laws or inquiring into citizenship.
