dc.description.abstractIn this memorandum to all correctional staff, the San Benito County Sheriff's Office Corrections Division states that it will no longer honor Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers. However, detainers will be honored if there is a warrant stating probable cause that has been signed by a magistrate.
