Resolution 2010-316: Advancing Public Safety and Affirming the Separation between County Operations and the Enforcement of Federal Civil Immigration Law


In this Resolution, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara dictates that no County department, agency, officer, or employee shall initiate any inquiry or enforcement action based solely on a person's actual or suspected immigration status, national origin, race, ethnicity, and/or inability to speak English.
