Abstract
In Ordinance 03-O-26, issued by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County, the Board ordained that, when requiring members of the public to provide identification, each County department shall accept as valid identification of the person a “Matricula Consular” identification card issued by the Mexican Consulate.
