dc.description.abstractGeneral Order 201.26 from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) states the personnel shall not inquire into immigration status unless investigating criminal activity, will not inquire into immigration status to determine if an individual has committed a civil immigration violation, and will not make a database inquiry to determine an individual’s immigration status.
