Abstract
In this Resolution, recorded as File Number 140243, the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco supports California Senate Bill 1005, which authorizes enrollment in the Medi-Cal program or in insurance offered through a health benefit exchange to individuals who would otherwise qualify for enrollment in those programs but are denied access based on their immigration status.
