Resolution 389-02: Reaffirming Status as a City and County of Refuge

Abstract

In this Resolution, File No. 020921, the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco reaffirms San Francisco's status as a City and County of Refuge and an "I.N.S. Raid-Free Zone" in an effort to ensure residents live in safety and free from discrimination in the midst of the post-September 11 "war against terrorism."
