    Abstract
Easter Island is known for its mystery. Although the traditions and the location can be a mystery to certain people, for Rocío Ramírez, her identity was no mystery while interning in Easter Island (Rapa Nui). Rocío self identifies as a Mexican-American living in the United States. In this presentation, Rocío will discuss how her self-identification affected her personally while being a Program Assistant outside the United States this past summer.
