Hello, everyone. My name is Bennice Bao [INAUDIBLE] and international student originating from China. Today, I'm going to talk about taking social media, global opportunities. Last summer, I did my internship in Yum! Brands China, international fast food company that operates a license [INAUDIBLE] Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Wing Street. I worked for the PR public relation department. Basically, my responsibilities were posting articles that include interesting facts about my restaurants, as well as [INAUDIBLE] activities in our official Weibo, similar to Facebook page and reply consumers questions. Besides, I invited celebrities from different areas, like from artists, to photographers, from athletes, to [INAUDIBLE], to [INAUDIBLE]. When talking about social media, people think of make friends, create, share, or exchange information, or ideas, or just kill the time. Actually, social media could do a lot more. It helps build up a business and bring a little more opportunities for both the consumers, and the enterprises. With the increasing popularity of social media and mobile phone application in China, more and more people are used to achieve their daily needs through the social media through these apps. So as such, we offer the app, KFC Home Delivery for the new patterns of consumption. With this application [INAUDIBLE] people could obviously just make one click, and enjoy the delicious and quality food at home, and share their comment of the consumer experience with others. As long as the app works, me and other individuals could be offered the jobs and the opportunities to do the internship. And I'm going to work for the consumer services propaganda. The application offered a range and interaction platform, which I could engage with consumers as well as celebrities regarding [INAUDIBLE]. I used social media to [INAUDIBLE] variety of meals and other products. I communicate with our consumers regarding the upcoming events and self promotions by offering free [INAUDIBLE] and vouchers. Social media offer a perfect platform to [INAUDIBLE] the customer reviews or feedback, and then so answering consumer's [INAUDIBLE] regarding our products. Yes, sometimes consumers do complain. For example, they complain that the size of their hamburgers are way smaller than as shown on the ads. Yes, their complaints [INAUDIBLE]. And for a period of struggle, engaging and communicating professionally with their comments [INAUDIBLE], I can put my comment on the left as well as the ability to express myself. In communicating the [INAUDIBLE] consumer [INAUDIBLE]. Also, I wished and encouraged [INAUDIBLE] celebrities to leave the restaurant and be part of the strategy of ensuring delivering the healthy food in [INAUDIBLE] environment. A lot of people have [INAUDIBLE]. They may also want to have their [INAUDIBLE]. So our restaurant could be an interesting combination of the spiritual and [INAUDIBLE] combination. However, I may have some difficulties. I may have some stubborn celebrities who don't want to come because they think the restaurant is just not the right place to give out such professional speech or talk. So I think a lot of interprofessional communication with them and pursuing them, how could we benefit each other, and what we could get from having such a speech. At the beginning of my internship, I did not expect that I could learn a lot on [INAUDIBLE]. And there are some interesting facts about my expectations versus the reality. At first, I think we just take the responsibility for our faults. But later, I figure out we need to take the corporate social responsibility into our matrix, which for instance, a consumer falls down in our bathroom. We [INAUDIBLE] see it's not our fault. We need to go check if he's OK, or if he needs some further help to get to the hospital. And here, we will pay part of the hospital fees. And secondly, I think using my student status, I could increase the ability between those celebrities and me, however those people usually think because we have students who are not this professional, and we don't have that more power to make a decision, so some difficulties with that part. And through the internship, I acquired immense communication and presentation skills, especially when using graphics and digital media. And I can gradually communicate with people [INAUDIBLE].
