Abstract
In this Resolution, the Common Council of the City of Bloomington urges the Indiana House of Representatives and the Governor, in addition to elected officials in the State of Indiana, to reject SB 590 and any similar legislation. Additionally, the Common Council supports the five principles outlined in the Indiana Compact and directs the Council President to sign the Compact on behalf of the entire Council.
